This is my four times come to glam hotel again the best choice in Milano . No other

Very well located in front of central station, it will be even more perfect if I can do early check in, and hope they can prepare the water boiler in the room in order to make the tea with hot water or cook some instant noodles when you don’t want to go out in the freezing night as I tried to dial 9 to bring the water boiler but no one is answering so the phone!
And the cleaning lady forgot to clean away the towel of the previous customer ( maybe it’s because it was hanged behind the door) which never happened before

I stayed there two times already. Extremely close to the Milano Central station to perfect for its purpose inside the central station that are various supermarkets and small shopping mall and a very nice food market and the place is very nice.

This is my 3rd time staying in glam hotel Milano . The best location near the station. Room big & clean . The staff nice . Next time also stay again

location of this hotel is superb which is just a walking distance to milano centrale ?? lots of halal restaurants around the area. The hotel room was big and cozy. will definitely stay here again if we come to milan.

Unfortunately, my stay at Glam Milano was very disappointing.
The room temperature was around 27°C throughout the night, and despite air conditioning being listed as an amenity, no effective cooling was available. I contacted reception multiple times and was told the heating would be turned off, but this never happened. The room remained uncomfortably hot and made proper rest impossible.
I arrived late at night after a 16-hour long-haul flight and had no realistic alternative but to stay, despite the conditions. To make matters worse, I was also required to pay an additional fee on arrival, which felt unacceptable given the circumstances.
A hotel at this price point should be able to regulate room temperature properly or at least resolve issues when guests raise them. The lack of solution, combined with poor handling of complaints, significantly impacted my stay.
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone who values comfort, rest, or responsive service.

酒店就在火車站馬路對面，非常方便！酒店房間很乾凈，水壓很大，洗澡夠舒服！設備算齊全，床品也不錯。推薦！

位置極佳！視野極好 前臺態度很好 服務周到 而且會告訴我周邊的商店餐廳等 在客房出現問題時也會積極解決而且態度很好 下次來米蘭一定還會入住這家酒店
